Resonance Repatterning® blends energy psychology and energy-focused medicine. A licensed practitioner identifies traumatic events that are behind unhealthy personal dynamics and mental illness. The diagnosis is done using Applied Kinesiology, also known as muscle testing.
The body itself, through muscle testing, reveals where the body-mind system has been compromised. “Psychiatrists have reported that in ten minutes practitioners have identified core life patterns they hardly touched on in five years of psychoanalysis.” The premise is: “The body is capable of healing itself at every level and contains the wisdom and intelligence to do so.” “Every aspect of our body has its own cells and each cell has its own energy field and as new physics tells us everything is vibrating as a frequency.” (This premise is rooted in quantum physics and the new science of epigenetics developed by Dr. Bruce Lipton.) “If our frequencies are out of synch, we don’t resonate with what we want and we are out of the range of the frequency of health and vitality.” The “repatterning” treatment corrects the imbalance of frequencies to achieve coherence and good health. The practitioner decides what combination of inputs to serve as the treatment, including sound, color, light, movement, breath, essential oils & energy contacts (on the Qi Meridians), Jin Shin Jyutsu, acupuncture, Chakra balancing & left-right brain integration. (See a list of “energizing options” here: https://resonance-repatterning-institute.thinkific.com/courses/resonance-repatterning-self-paced-home-study-energizing-options-taught-in-the-fundamentals-seminar ) The method applies ancient, traditional theories of Qi (esp. the Five Element System of Chinese Acupuncture, Meridians) and Chakras (Hindu). Licensed practitioners include psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health and sports medicine healers, who may specialize in this treatment alone, or, who supplement their core practice with it. Resonance Repatterning ® was founded in the 1980’s by Chloe Faith Wordsworth, an Englishwoman. The original name was Holographic Repatterning. She subsequently founded the Resonance Repatterning® International Institute, which as of January 2023 has new leadership. See https://resonancerepatterning.com/ for more information, lists of practitioners, training, and resource books. There are options for self-study and online learning, for general interest and for certification. For example, a short course on muscle testing is available for $99 (see https://resonance-repatterning-institute.thinkific.com/courses/coherence-muscle-testing The “fundamentals” book is here (for $39.95): https://www.amazon.com/Fundamentals-Resonance-Repatterning/dp/1937710289/ (Much of the text above is derived from the main website.)

EE System is a new (early 2022) arrival on the scene of energy healing. The experience is a “bath” of scalar energy for several hours at a time.
Quote: EESystemTM generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including “scalar waves” which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing right and left hemispheres of the brain to increase energy levels. It is an invention that was developed over twenty years (https://www.eesystem.com/research/ ). [Yes, we all proceed to ask, is this snake oil, and how much will I spend to try it myself?] The core resource is found here: https://eesystem.com You’ll find the history—how it was invented by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, and links to research validating its effectiveness. Jason Shurka founded a network of healing centers to disseminate this technology all over the world. Small businesses are investing in fairly expensive equipment because they are convinced it is a significant breakthrough. See: https://unifydhealing.com You can input your zip code and find out if there is a healing center near you. A guideline of his “franchise” is that this be available to many people, via a low charge of $120/two hours' treatment. Jason has a YouTube channel, JASON SHURKA, for additional information. A deep interview between Jason Shurka and Dr. Sandra Rose Michael in on Jason’s channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bcYsBM1gnM&t=1919s I learned of the EE System via an interview with Jason Shurka, by the astrologer Pam Gregory, on her YouTube channel. If you want a soft basics introduction, you could start here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7shefn1TwEY ------------------------------------------------------------------------- I live in Bellingham, WA, and a healing center just opened in March 2023. You can book here. There is an explanation of what to expect. There is also a full research article here, and links to the two rich interviews explaining it all. (You can find research links on the other sites too.) https://radianthealingunlimited.net/ Here is a video that is amazing tour of theories about the energy in the body, from Mesmer’s animal magnetism to Chinese Chi to Hindu theory of prana. There are unbelievable demonstrations here. The YouTube channel is ATLANTEAN GARDENS by Robert Sepehr. In The Body Keeps the Score, author Bessel van der Kolk says that there are several treatments that can reduce the effect of trauma on the body (and the soul). One of them is EMDR. In a case study, Kolk describes a patient who did not want to speak of his trauma aloud, but could be guided through the therapeutic steps and mentally, silently, express facts and feelings. In other words, it wasn’t the DIALOG with another human that was important, but the patient’s mental journey. The website VirtualEMDR.com provides the service of EMDR therapy via impersonal prompts. It then runs the “ping-pong” of a dot across the screen that guides the eyes to shift right and left, for a period of time. The patient shifts the eyes while recalling the trauma and all aspects of it, and ends with a session of affirmations. The shifting of eyes is supposed to reprogram the brain. Success is: the patient can talk about the trauma with little emotion. The emotion has been weakened if not erased. The patient can heal. I have tried this on smaller traumas, like obsessing about a certain bully. After a few sessions, I found the bully boring, old hat. Get out of my life, my mind, my body, my heart and soul … There is also an APP for the phone which can run the “ping-pong” for you, if you know how to set yourself up therapeutically. See My EMDR for Android, for example. Here is my tutorial on EMDR, although the website above and other sources tell you about it. .Try humming a few minutes before your next blood pressure check. Apparently, there are physiological changes resulting from the vibration. It is quite calming. Learned this from Theosophical Society YouTube Channel. This is the HUMMING approach to raising vibrations and reducing stress. On Feb 14th, Valentine’s Day, there is an annual World Sound Healing Day. https://www.worldsoundhealingday.org/ You can sound with others, or not. The speakers note how most religions use vocalized sound (chanting, singing, humming), esp. sound made in groups. It is of course the most accessible sound therapy available, using no tuning forks, bowls, etc. Try blocking your ears, for a new experience. Ommmmmmmmmmmm |
