Resonance Repatterning® blends energy psychology and energy-focused medicine. A licensed practitioner identifies traumatic events that are behind unhealthy personal dynamics and mental illness. The diagnosis is done using Applied Kinesiology, also known as muscle testing.
The body itself, through muscle testing, reveals where the body-mind system has been compromised. “Psychiatrists have reported that in ten minutes practitioners have identified core life patterns they hardly touched on in five years of psychoanalysis.”
The premise is: “The body is capable of healing itself at every level and contains the wisdom and intelligence to do so.”
“Every aspect of our body has its own cells and each cell has its own energy field and as new physics tells us everything is vibrating as a frequency.” (This premise is rooted in quantum physics and the new science of epigenetics developed by Dr. Bruce Lipton.) “If our frequencies are out of synch, we don’t resonate with what we want and we are out of the range of the frequency of health and vitality.”
The “repatterning” treatment corrects the imbalance of frequencies to achieve coherence and good health. The practitioner decides what combination of inputs to serve as the treatment, including sound, color, light, movement, breath, essential oils & energy contacts (on the Qi Meridians), Jin Shin Jyutsu, acupuncture, Chakra balancing & left-right brain integration.
(See a list of “energizing options” here: https://resonance-repatterning-institute.thinkific.com/courses/resonance-repatterning-self-paced-home-study-energizing-options-taught-in-the-fundamentals-seminar )
The method applies ancient, traditional theories of Qi (esp. the Five Element System of Chinese Acupuncture, Meridians) and Chakras (Hindu).
Licensed practitioners include psychiatrists, psychologists, mental health and sports medicine healers, who may specialize in this treatment alone, or, who supplement their core practice with it.
Resonance Repatterning ® was founded in the 1980’s by Chloe Faith Wordsworth, an Englishwoman. The original name was Holographic Repatterning. She subsequently founded the Resonance Repatterning® International Institute, which as of January 2023 has new leadership.

A newly released documentary explores contact between humans and extra-terrestrials (ETs). AMONG US was made in 2019 by Caroline Cory, but just released now (2023?).
[Caroline Cory is an international expert and frequent speaker at AlienCon. She produced the documentary SUPERHUMAN in 2020. It is described in another blog entry: https://newagethought.weebly.com/blog/science-reveals-that-the-paranormal-is-real .]
The main link for the movie is https://www.godsamongus.com/ . There are trailers on this page, as well as the link “to watch.”
There are a number of options for viewing, and there may be a charge.
Here are a few amazing highlights:
One expert points out that our universities will not deal with the topic of consciousness. There is a stigma associated with the topic, thus constraining research.
This video explains how ETs can communicate with us. Why? Many contactees report that the agenda is to teach, to heal, to help, and to upgrade humans.
Meanwhile, these experiments show that you and I can “change reality” by conscious intention, and, that we can affect the frequencies between us AT THE DNA LEVEL.
EE System is a new (early 2022) arrival on the scene of energy healing. The experience is a “bath” of scalar energy for several hours at a time.
Quote: EESystemTM generates multiple bio-active life enhancing energy fields, including “scalar waves” which can allow cell regeneration, improve immune function, provide relief from pain, detoxify the body, elevate moods, and assist in balancing right and left hemispheres of the brain to increase energy levels.
It is an invention that was developed over twenty years (https://www.eesystem.com/research/ ).
[Yes, we all proceed to ask, is this snake oil, and how much will I spend to try it myself?]
The core resource is found here: https://eesystem.com You’ll find the history—how it was invented by Dr. Sandra Rose Michael, and links to research validating its effectiveness.
Jason Shurka founded a network of healing centers to disseminate this technology all over the world. Small businesses are investing in fairly expensive equipment because they are convinced it is a significant breakthrough. See: https://unifydhealing.com
You can input your zip code and find out if there is a healing center near you. A guideline of his “franchise” is that this be available to many people, via a low charge of $120/two hours' treatment.
Jason has a YouTube channel, JASON SHURKA, for additional information.
A deep interview between Jason Shurka and Dr. Sandra Rose Michael in on Jason’s channel:
I learned of the EE System via an interview with Jason Shurka, by the astrologer Pam Gregory, on her YouTube channel. If you want a soft basics introduction, you could start here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7shefn1TwEY
I live in Bellingham, WA, and a healing center just opened in March 2023. You can book here. There is an explanation of what to expect. There is also a full research article here, and links to the two rich interviews explaining it all. (You can find research links on the other sites too.) https://radianthealingunlimited.net/
There is increasing attention to the topic of contact with extraterrestrials. And, the topic of the changing vibration of the earth. They are connected.
It is believed that extraterrestrials seeded life on earth and assisted civilizations. Also, that they are watching earth and intervening when it looks like humans are going to destroy themselves and the earth. (For example, ETs are foiling military attacks near nuclear sites related to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.)
The changing vibration of the earth is an evolution whose time is near a dramatic juncture.
(This idea is different from the Christian idea that there will be a “rapture.” See Wikipedia for details on that.)
Humans who are aware of their spiritual purpose are trying to “raise their vibrations” so that they personally evolve with the earth, and consciously participate in the “raising of vibrations.” Part of “raising vibrations” is training oneself to dwell in feelings of love and positivity. (“Hate” and violence are “lower-vibration” modalities.)
A good example of this combined trend is a recent video: “UFO Disclosure Starts with us / The People Will Disclose the Truth of the ET Presence.” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebLKLHHkK6w
on the YouTube channel PortalToAscension.
Kosta Makreas, “an activist for cosmic / celestial truth,” explains. We are all worried about negative global trends and threats to our sanity and survival. We can find hope in the arrival of a Golden Age of Gaia/Earth—clean energy, no disease, no poverty, universal justice. [A utopia.]
Two movements are coordinating efforts to act hopefully: the People’s Disclosure Movement and the People’s Love Alliance.
The People’s Disclosure Movement is convening people who have had ET contact (millions) or are interested. Contact has been taboo. The government has engaged in seven decades of suppressing any information, or acknowledgement. Hollywood has hyped the threat (“they will abduct you, hurt you, eat you, enslave you”). This is a “power to the people” global effort to embrace the idea that “star people” are benign, and to facilitate contact.
[Fact: about 50% of Americans believe UFOs are real and that there is intelligent life apart from humans. Makreas says 1.3 billion people believe, now.]
The website ETLetsTalk.com is the primary resource. Theme: “ETs are family.”
Teams are all over the planet. [See my other post on the CE-5 movement, which seems to dominate this site.]
The People’s Love Alliance is an umbrella organization that is publicizing all the millions of small events and organizations, like NGO’s, that DO GOOD, LIFE-AFFIRMING activities. Its purpose is to offset the predominance of negative news and to promote hope, and affirm goodwill.
The idea here is that the earth needs to be a better place before the “star people” will engage with us more visibly.
Here is a video that is amazing tour of theories about the energy in the body, from Mesmer’s animal magnetism to Chinese Chi to Hindu theory of prana.
There are unbelievable demonstrations here.
The YouTube channel is ATLANTEAN GARDENS by Robert Sepehr.
In The Body Keeps the Score, author Bessel van der Kolk says that there are several treatments that can reduce the effect of trauma on the body (and the soul). One of them is EMDR.
In a case study, Kolk describes a patient who did not want to speak of his trauma aloud, but could be guided through the therapeutic steps and mentally, silently, express facts and feelings. In other words, it wasn’t the DIALOG with another human that was important, but the patient’s mental journey.
The website VirtualEMDR.com provides the service of EMDR therapy via impersonal prompts. It then runs the “ping-pong” of a dot across the screen that guides the eyes to shift right and left, for a period of time. The patient shifts the eyes while recalling the trauma and all aspects of it, and ends with a session of affirmations.
The shifting of eyes is supposed to reprogram the brain.
Success is: the patient can talk about the trauma with little emotion. The emotion has been weakened if not erased. The patient can heal.
I have tried this on smaller traumas, like obsessing about a certain bully. After a few sessions, I found the bully boring, old hat. Get out of my life, my mind, my body, my heart and soul …
There is also an APP for the phone which can run the “ping-pong” for you, if you know how to set yourself up therapeutically. See My EMDR for Android, for example.
Here is my tutorial on EMDR, although the website above and other sources tell you about it.
One thing that popped out of all my research was the fact that the phenomenon and practice of hypnosis is essential for understanding the movement.
Its origins are in the work of Franz Mesmer, in the late 1700s. He theorized that there was an energy in the body (which he initially called “animal magnetism”). A medical doctor, he pursued treatments using magnets positioned near the body, to influence and correct the flow of energy in the body. As his practice progressed, he found that THE RAPPORT WITH THE PATIENT was key, THEIR BELIEF in the cure was key, and no magnets needed be involved. Even the therapist’s hands near the body were not needed.
The word “hypnosis” was introduced by one of his followers (de Puysegur), who described patients as being in “a sleeping trance.” Essentially, the treatment entailed a GUIDED TRANCE STATE.
In modern times, hypnosis has led to thousands of practitioners who have uncovered zillions of accounts of “hidden realities.”
Many books have been written by presenting material from hypnosis sessions, often verbatim. For example, Dolores Cannon, Michael Newton, Mary Rodwell, Brian Weiss, Helen Wambach, Raymond Moody. (In my book, page 322 ff.)
Dolores Cannon developed her own method, called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®). See https://dolorescannon.com/about-qhht/
Now, you can watch an actual hypnosis session. ALBA WEINMAN has a YouTube Channel where she and her clients share a session almost every week. (She states that her method is not purely QHHT.) Here is a session DURING WHICH THE SPIRIT OF DOLORES CANNON SPEAKS thru the client!
When someone goes into a trance and starts to speak in another voice, we wonder about it—A LOT.
The “entities” that speak through a channeler can be “enlightened ones,” guides, and extraterrestrials. Some entities “come through” multiple channels (individuals).
My book lists a lot of famous channelers: Edgar Cayce, Helena Blavatsky, J.Z. Knight (Ramtha), Jane Roberts (Seth), Chelsea Quinne Yarbro (Michael), Suzanne Giesemann (Sanaya), Bracha Goldsmith (Pleiadians), Lee Carroll (Kryon). Helen Schucman channeled Jesus to write A Course in Miracles (1976).
Many books have been “channeled,” for example, Ruth Montgomery who wrote A World Beyond (1971) as the voice the deceased Arthur Ford.
Draw your own conclusions.
Kevin Moore has expressed his interest in these mysteries by conducting interviews with contemporary channels. Often in the course of his interview, he will ask the channel to go into trance and speak, often interactively answering questions from Moore.
(The Moore Show on YouTube, which has a docuseries track: They Call Us Channelers.)
There are dozens and maybe hundreds of psychics on YouTube now, if you want to catch the flavor of what “a reading” looks like.
A number of Tarot card readers address political questions. They have been popular since the beginning of the “troubles” in America (hint: about six years ago), and serve as a therapeutic outlet. For example, they might tell us “what is really going on” and “how it might go.” They are of course interpreting a spread of Tarot cards.
Is this legitimate? Only if you believe they are informed by spirit guides and angels. Almost always, an implicit message is “Don’t worry; hold to a higher, spiritual view of humanity.”
Personalities vary, of course. Some readers cultivate emotional bonding with their subscribers, with more chatting, emoting about issues, and personal digressions.
Let’s remember the Oracle at Delphi were young, innocent and sheltered women who possibly did not understand the context or implications of certain questions.
LENA RODRIGUEZ TAROT DOWN UNDER is based in Australia, but addressing mostly American politics. She is a sociologist, so her take on questions is more sophisticated than most.
ELLIE DREAMS DOWN UNDER is also based in Australia. She is also fairly rigorous about posing questions—and well informed.
Pythia was the mouthpiece of the god Apollo, in classical Greece. Various women served as Pythia, priestesses in the temple. Pythia sat on a tripod, in an ecstatic trance state. It is speculated that there were vapors coming up from a chasm in the rock beneath her, that caused the frenzied state.
The Oracle at Delphi was a powerful religious institution from the 8th Century B.C. until the late 4th Century A.D. Many leaders travelled far to visit her for prophesies and answers to their questions.
Her answers were often in the form of poetic metaphor and had to be interpreted.
Here is an illustration by Manning de V. Lee in 1929.
Two modern oracles are on YouTube today. They are not sitting on a podium over any vapors coming up from below.
STERLING PSYCHIC MEDIUM receives his questions on the Community page of his Channel, and then goes over them (30-50!!) in about an hour’s video, usually on Sundays. He handles political and spiritual questions, advised immediately by his guides and extraterrestrials. There are no divining tools. Very cordial, matter-of-fact, and no metaphorical talk that needs to be “translated.”
He also offers individual readings via his website. I will call him “The Oracle of Sterling.”
Another immediate oracle is CASH PETERS, also on YouTube. He does a lot of political questions, and receives answers in the form of crude sketches. They are highly metaphorical: paths, hills, caves, fields of glass, dark clouds on the horizon. He interprets his sketches.
He does not claim prophesy—how things will turn out—but rather tells the current environment around a political individual, or a pair posed next to each other. He also does “transition pictures”—“going into the energy” of famous people recently departed, as they first arrive to “the tunnel to the light.” He is a former journalist and very expressive and entertaining.
Hoping to open The Doors of Perception, per Aldous Huxley.
